If Atlanta was a flavor it would be Lemon Pepper. Being an ATL native it was only right to pay a culinary tribute to the city that raised me. With lemon peel for a hints of citrus flavor blended with herbs and spiciness, this is the go to seasoning for chicken, seafood, and veggies.
Real Ingredients
Granulated Lemon Peel, Salt, Black Pepper, Red Pepper, Mustard, Oregano, Coriander, Lemon Extract, Garlic
I loved it , couldn’t wait to make some wings. They were delicious in flavor, I did not fry my wings just baked them. I added garlic to mine along with butter , fresh lemon juice, also the Atlanta lemon pepper.
I completely overlooked the word in all caps--HOT. However, when I received this rub I was not disappointed. I'm not a fan of lemon-pepper (or overly spicy) but I stumbled upon the YouTube video for the l-p wings and I wanted the seasoning to make the wings. So far, I've only used the l-p hot on shrimp and grits. This is a unique blend that will be a great go-to for the in/experienced cook. A little goes a long way. Bon Appetit!
