Shipping policy

We are currently processing all orders out of our Houston, Texas facility. It takes 3-5 business days to process your order once it has been placed. After your order has been fulfilled, it will get assigned a tracking number which will be sent to the same email used when you placed your order. We ship all domestic orders through The United States Postal Service and UPS. Once shipped please allow at most 3-7 business days to receive it based on where your package is being delivered.

 

'Prime Same Day' shipping means your order will be shipped from our fulfillment center the same business day your order was placed. 'Premium Next Day' shipping means your order will be shipped from our fulfillment center the next business day after your order was placed. Orders placed over the weekend, after business hours (9am-5pm CST) or on a holiday will be shipped the next business day.  We are currently processing all orders out of our Houston, Texas facility. All domestic orders are shipped through The United States Postal Service and UPS. Once shipped please allow at most 2-5 business days to receive it based on where your package is being delivered.

 

If the tracking for the package is marked delivered, we ask that you first check all possible locations where your package could have been delivered. We would also advise you to check with your neighbor(s) if they accidentally may have received the package. Uncle Dibbz Seasoning will not be liable for replacing that package unless you paid for 'Insured Tracked Shipping'. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local Post Office or UPS to find the whereabouts of their package. We will make exceptions for specific scenarios.
