Q: Where is my order?

A: We are currently processing all orders out of our Houston, Texas facility. It takes 3-5 business days to process your order once it has been placed. After your order has been fulfilled, it will get assigned a tracking number which will be sent to the same email used when you placed your order. We ship all domestic orders through The United States Postal Service and UPS. Once shipped please allow at most 3-7 business days to receive it based on where your package is being delivered.

 

Q: I paid for 'Prime Same Day' shipping or 'Premium Next Day' Shipping. When will I receive my order?

'Prime Same Day' shipping means your order will be shipped from our fulfillment center the same business day your order was placed. 'Premium Next Day' shipping means your order will be shipped from our fulfillment center the next business day after your order was placed. Orders placed over the weekend, after business hours (9am-5pm CST) or on a holiday will be shipped the next business day.  We are currently processing all orders out of our Houston, Texas facility. All domestic orders are shipped through The United States Postal Service and UPS. Once shipped please allow at most 2-5 business days to receive it based on where your package is being delivered.

 

Q:  I received ‘Free Shipping’ when will my order arrive?

A: 'Free Shipping' means your order will be processed and sent from our facility to The United States Postal Service or UPS at the latest (no later than) 5 business days from the time your order was placed. 'Free Shipping' applies to orders with a total of $75 and above. $75 threshold is on final total in checkout, less discounts, taxes, and shipping. Free Shipping' is within the contiguous United States only. Does not apply to past purchases or gift cards. Delivery times will vary.

 

Q: My package is marked as delivered but I did not receive it.

A: If the tracking for the package is marked delivered, we ask that you first check all possible locations where your package could have been delivered. We would also advise you to check with your neighbor(s) if they accidentally may have received the package. Uncle Dibbz Seasoning will not be liable for replacing that package unless you paid for 'Insured Tracked Shipping'. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local Post Office or UPS to find the whereabouts of their package. We will make exceptions for specific scenarios. Please send an email to customersupport@uncledibbz.com if you feel your order may have been lost.

 

Q: My order is missing an item(s) or I received the wrong item(s)

A: If your order is delivered with missing or wrong item(s) simply follow these steps so we can have your order corrected.

Send us the following:
- A photo of your pick slip that was inside your package
- List the wrong or missing item(s)
Once we have received your information, we will ship out a replacement order the same day. Once shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your new tracking information.

 

Q: I subscribed and didn't receive my discount. Why?

A: If you’re a first time customer, please check your spam folder as sometimes emails end up in spam. If you're still unable to locate the discount code please email customersupport@uncledibbz.com

 

Q: When will a sold out product be restocked?

A: Uncle Dibbz Seasoning is a 'small batch' company. Meaning we produce our products on a small-scale in which goods are made in limited quantities, by means of traditional or artisanal methods. Occasionally certain products may be out of stock from time to time. The best way to find out when the product you would like to purchase will be restocked, is to subscribe to our email list or follow us on social media for restock announcements.

Q: How long is the shelf life?

A: Under Shelf-Stable Food Safety, the USDA defines spices as a shelf-stable product and in the case of spices, they never truly expire. What occurs over time is that the flavor and potency of that flavor wanes. Whole spices will stay fresh for about four years, while ground spices run between three and four years.

Q: How can I make a wholesale purchase?
