
Uncle Dibbz Top of the Line Brine adds moisture and FLAVOR to all your poultry! Keep the dry meat away with this A1 turkey and chicken brine.
I recommend brining in a food safe container or brine bag for 1 hour per pound or overnight. Rinse your poultry thoroughly after brining and pat completely dry.
HOW TO BRINE
For Chicken: Mix 1 cup contents of container with 1/2 gallon of water.
For Turkey: Mix whole bottle with 1 gallon of water.
- Place thawed turkey or chicken, brine mix in a large food safe container and submerge completely.
- Keep cool and let brine for 12-24 hours or 1 hour per pound.
- Rinse and pat dry turkey or chicken prior to cooking.
