Atlanta Lemon Pepper Wings

 


Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken wings, sectioned
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 cup of Uncle Dibbz Atlanta Lemon Pepper HOT!
- 6-8 cups vegetable or canola oil
- 1 lemon
- Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

1. **Preheat the Oil**: Pour the vegetable or canola oil into a large pot and heat to 325°F.

2. **Prepare the Chicken**: Wash the chicken wings thoroughly, then pat them dry.

3. **Season the Chicken**: Coat the chicken wings with 3/4 cup of Uncle Dibbz Atlanta Lemon Pepper HOT!

4. **Fry the Chicken**: Carefully place the seasoned chicken wings into the heated oil.

5. **Prepare the Sauce**: In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, remaining  seasoning, and the juice of half a lemon. Set this aside for later use.

6. **Toss the Wings**: Once the chicken wings reach an internal temperature of 170°F, remove them from the oil and place them in the sauce mixture bowl. Toss until they are fully coated. Garnish with parsley.

7. **Final Touch**: Plate the wings and drizzle the remaining lemon juice over them.
