Atlanta Lemon Pepper Wings



  • 2 lbs chicken wings, sectioned
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup Uncle Dibbz Atlanta Lemon Pepper HOT! (divided into 3/4 cup for seasoning and 1/4 cup for sauce) 
  • 6-8 cups of vegetable or canola oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Parsley for garnish


  1. Oil Preparation: Heat the oil in a large pot to 325°F.
  2. Chicken Preparation: Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings.
  3. Seasoning: Coat the chicken wings with 3/4 cup of Uncle Dibbz Atlanta Lemon Pepper HOT!.
  4. Frying: Fry the seasoned chicken wings in the heated oil.
  5. Sauce Preparation: Mix the melted butter, the remaining Uncle Dibbz seasoning, and juice from half the lemon in a bowl.
  6. Coating: Once cooked to an internal temperature of 170°F, remove the wings from the oil, place them in the bowl with the sauce mixture, and toss to coat. Garnish with parsley.
  7. Serving: Serve the wings with a drizzle of the remaining lemon juice over the top.
