Vital Energy Surge


  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 2 teaspoons of Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Daily Blend
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or any other plant-based milk)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of raw, organic honey or agave nectar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of matcha green tea powder

  1. If using chia seeds, soak them in 3 tablespoons of water for about 5-10 minutes until they become gel-like. This is to unlock their full nutritional potential.
