Tex-Mex Cheesesteak

 

@uncledibbz Tex-Mex Cheesesteak’s 🌮 Get my recipe below ⬇️ or on my site uncledibbz.com [Link in Bio] 👈🏾 Ingredients: * 1lb Skirt Steak, sliced * Uncle Dibbz Texas Steak Rub, [link in bio] * 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced * 1 Red Onion, sliced * 1 Jalapeno, chopped * 1 cup of cilantro, chopped * 2 cups of Oxaca or Mexican Cheese * Corn or Flour Tortillas Directions: 1. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to a large hot skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper, onion and cook for about 2-4 minutes, until tender. 2. Place steak in the skillet, then season steak and veggies to taste with Uncle Dibbz Texas Steak Rub. 3. Once steak is cooked to desired doneness, completely cover steak and veggies with cheese. Cut off the heat and cover with another pan so that cheese melts, 2-3 minutes. 4.
