Surf & Turf



    1. Mix together butter, garlic and fresh chopped parsley. Refrigerate until ready to use.
    2. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Lightly grease skillet with oil. Pat steaks dry and brush lightly with oil and generously season with Uncle Dibbz Texas Steak Rub
    3. Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes each side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Spread half of the butter all over of steaks. Transfer steaks to a plate and let rest for at least 5 minutes.
    4. While steaks are resting, melt remaining butter. Season shrimp with Uncle Dibbz Straight Drop Rub
    5. Reduce heat to medium and cook your shrimp for 5-6 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of your shrimp. Cook until they turn pink in color while white and opaque on the inside.
    6. Toss remaining butter in with shrimp and serve with steak!
