  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 15–18 minutes
  • Total Time: 25–30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (skin-on, 6–8 oz each)
  • 1–2 teaspoons Delta Dust Seasoning (for the salmon)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon King Creole Blend (for the butter)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 lemon slices
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down on a sheet of heavy-duty foil.
  3. Season the top (flesh side) of each salmon fillet with Delta Dust.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in garlic, King Creole Blend, and lemon juice. Simmer for 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  5. Spoon or brush the garlic butter mixture over the salmon fillets. Place a lemon slice on top of each piece.
  6. Fold the foil tightly around the salmon to seal into a packet, leaving a little space inside for steam.
  7. Place the foil packet on a baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes, depending on thickness of the salmon.
  8. Optional: Open the foil in the last 1–2 minutes and broil for slight color on top.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
