Salmon Foil Packs
This easy foil packet salmon is the perfect no-fuss weeknight dinner. Juicy, buttery, and bold—seasoned with Delta Dust and finished with garlic butter using King Creole Blend. One pan, no cleanup, full flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (skin-on, 6–8 oz each)
- 1–2 teaspoons Delta Dust Seasoning (for the salmon)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon King Creole Blend (for the butter)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 lemon slices
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down on a sheet of heavy-duty foil.
- Season the top (flesh side) of each salmon fillet with Delta Dust.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in garlic, King Creole Blend, and lemon juice. Simmer for 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Spoon or brush the garlic butter mixture over the salmon fillets. Place a lemon slice on top of each piece.
- Fold the foil tightly around the salmon to seal into a packet, leaving a little space inside for steam.
- Place the foil packet on a baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes, depending on thickness of the salmon.
- Optional: Open the foil in the last 1–2 minutes and broil for slight color on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

- This dish pairs well with rice, roasted veggies, or quinoa.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently to avoid drying out.
