Salmon Alfredo

  • 1 lb. salmon skinless and boneless (cut into 1 inch pieces)
  • 8 oz. uncooked pasta (I used pappardella)
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 6 oz. baby spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp. parsley chopped
  • Uncle Dibbz King Creole Blend (to taste)

  • Cook pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, sear the salmon in butter and garlic over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Season with Uncle Dibbz King Creole Blend. Remove and set aside.
  • Add the onion and spinach and cooking for another 4-5 minutes or until spinach has wilted. Season veggies with Uncle Dibbz King Creole Blend to taste.
  • Add the heavy cream, Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add the cooked pasta, salmon, Parmesan, and chopped parsley. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  • Garnish with parsley and grated Parmesan. That's good shawty!

  • Thank you for getting right to the recipe instead of making people scroll through 5 pages of blogging nonsense no one wants to read. You are the true hero.

  • Great recipe. Wish it had serving size and cook time clearly labeled!
