1 lb. salmon skinless and boneless (cut into 1 inch pieces)

8 oz. uncooked pasta (I used pappardella)

3 tbsp. butter

1 medium onion chopped

6 oz. baby spinach

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup Parmesan cheese grated

2 garlic cloves minced

2 tbsp. parsley chopped

Cook pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, sear the salmon in butter and garlic over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Season with
Uncle Dibbz King Creole Blend. Remove and set aside.

Add the onion and spinach and cooking for another 4-5 minutes or until spinach has wilted. Season veggies with
Uncle Dibbz King Creole Blend to taste.

Add the heavy cream, Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.

Add the cooked pasta, salmon, Parmesan, and chopped parsley. Mix everything together thoroughly.

Garnish with parsley and grated Parmesan. That's good shawty!
