Purple Rain Smoothie (June Seasonal)

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 2 plums, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 peach, pitted and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (ACV)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice

Instructions:

  1. Preparation:
    • Thoroughly wash all the produce.
    • Cut the cucumber, plums, watermelon, strawberries, and peach into manageable pieces.
    • Divide the produce into resealable Ziploc bags for easy storage and freezing.
    • Freeze the bags of produce for at least 2-3 hours, or until the produce is fully frozen.
  2. Making the Smoothie:
    • Take one bag of frozen produce and add it to your blender.
    • Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
    • Pour in 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (ACV).
    • Add 1 cup of coconut water.
    • Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice.
  3. Blending:
    • Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
    • If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut water to reach your desired consistency.
  4. Serving:
    • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best taste and texture.
