Purple Drank Smoothie (August Seasonal Smoothie)
Ingredients
- 1 cup mango, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup watermelon, cubed and seedless
- 1/2 cantaloupe, peeled and cubed
- 2 peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 pear, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Daily Blend
- 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup alkaline water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit by washing, peeling, and cutting it into appropriate sizes.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
- Taste and adjust the flavor as desired. Add more water if a thinner consistency is preferred.
- Serve immediately, garnished with a sprinkle of chia seeds if desired.
