Purple Drank Smoothie (August Seasonal Smoothie)


 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed and seedless
  • 1/2 cantaloupe, peeled and cubed
  • 2 peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 pear, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Daily Blend
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup alkaline water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit by washing, peeling, and cutting it into appropriate sizes.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust the flavor as desired. Add more water if a thinner consistency is preferred.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with a sprinkle of chia seeds if desired.
