Marinate the Pork: In a large mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, 1/2 cup of Uncle Dibbz Durtty Bird Rub, and hot sauce to your liking. Cut the pork chops into 1.5-inch nugget-sized pieces. Submerge them in the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated well. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for a deeper flavor infusion. 2. Prepare the Coating: In a separate large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon of Uncle Dibbz Durtty Bird Rub until well combined. 3. Coat the Pork: Remove pork pieces from the marinade, allowing the excess to drip off. Dredge each piece in the flour mixture until fully coated. Tap off any excess flour to ensure even frying. 4. Fry the Nuggets: Heat about 2 inches of peanut oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 300-325°F (149-163°C). Fry the pork nuggets in batches to avoid overcrowding, for 6-8 minutes, flipping every 45 seconds to ensure even coloring and to prevent burning. Cook until golden brown and crispy, ensuring they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). 5. Serve: Transfer the fried nuggets onto paper towels to drain excess oil. Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh touch, if desired. Serve hot alongside your favorite dipping sauces. #DurttyBirdRub #PorkChopNuggets #SouthernCooking #Crispy #HomeCooking #BigBack #cookinghacks #Cooking #KitchenAdventures #FoodLovers #DeliciousDishes #GourmetAtHome #SoulFood #Recipe #Foodie #chickfila #delicious #Homemade #Food #FingerFood #UncleDibbz #ThatsGoodShawty #Fyp #Foryou #Viral #Marinade #blacktiktok ♬ original sound - Uncle Dibbz 🍴
