Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup cantaloupe, chopped
- 1 peach, pitted and chopped
- 1 nectarine, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup cherries, pitted
- 1/2 cup grapes
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 mango, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt, Greek or regular
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Daily Blend
- Water or coconut water, as needed for blending
Directions:
- Prepare the fruit: Wash all fruits thoroughly. Peel the cucumber and mango. Remove the pits from the peach, nectarine, cherries, and mango. Chop everything into smaller pieces for easier blending.
- Blend the ingredients: Add the blueberries, raspberries, cantaloupe, peach, nectarine, cherries, grapes, cucumber, and mango to a blender. Add the yogurt, chia seeds, apple cider vinegar, and Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Daily Blend.
