Prepare the Fruit: • Wash all fruits thoroughly. Peel the cucumber and mango. Remove pits from peaches, nectarines, cherries, and mango. Chop the fruits into smaller pieces for easier blending. 2. Blend the Ingredients: • In a blender, combine the blueberries, raspberries, cantaloupe, peach, nectarine, cherries, grapes, cucumber, and mango. Add the yogurt, chia seeds, ACV, and Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Daily Blend. 3.
