24 chicken wings (cut)

4 tbsp canola oil
- Cooking spray
- 1 cup of Uncle Dibbz Durtty Bird Rub

1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup baking powder

Preheat the oven to 390°F. Line a baking sheet with foil then place a cooling rack on the tray.

Toss the wings in the canola oil and season wings with 1/2 cup of Uncle Dibbz Durtty Bird Rub
- Mix flour and baking powder together with remaining Uncle Dibbz Durtty Bird Rub.

Coat wings in the flour mixture, then shake the excess off well. Place on the rack. Repeat with remaining wings.

Spray the legs generously with cooking spray.

Bake for 30 minutes, flip the wings and coat with more cooking spray after 30 mins. Increase the oven to 430°F then bake for a further 15 minutes or until the skin is crispy. That's good Shawty!
