May Seasonal Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Strawberries: 1 cup, fresh or frozen
  • Blueberries: 1 cup, fresh or frozen
  • Blackberries: 1 cup, fresh or frozen
  • Raspberries: 1/2 cup, fresh or frozen
  • Pineapple: 1 cup, chopped
  • Avocado: 1/2, peeled and pitted
  • Spinach: 1 cup, fresh
  • Carrots: 1/2 cup, peeled and chopped
  • Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV): 1 tablespoon
  • Chia Seeds: 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut Water: 1 cup (or enough to achieve desired consistency)
  • Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice: 1 teaspoon
  • Uncle Dibbz Allergy Aid+: 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Produce:
    • Wash all fresh fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
    • Peel and chop the carrots and pineapple.
    • Remove the pit and skin from the avocado.
  2. Portion and Freeze:
    • Evenly distribute the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, pineapple, spinach, and carrots into small ziplock bags. Include half an avocado in each bag you plan to use for a single smoothie serving.
    • Seal the bags and store them in the freezer for easy use.
  3. Making the Smoothie:
    • Take two prepped smoothie bags from the freezer.
    • Place the frozen fruits and vegetables into a blender.
    • Add the apple cider vinegar, chia seeds, and coconut water.
    • Sprinkle in Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice and Allergy Aid+ for that extra boost of flavor and health benefits.
  4. Blend:
    • Blend on high until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut water to reach your preferred consistency.
  5. Serve:
    • Pour into a glass, give it a taste, and enjoy the burst of freshness and flavor.
  6. Enjoy:
