Evenly distribute the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, pineapple, spinach, and carrots into small ziplock bags. Include half an avocado in each bag you plan to use for a single smoothie serving.
Seal the bags and store them in the freezer for easy use.

Take two prepped smoothie bags from the freezer.
Place the frozen fruits and vegetables into a blender.
