March Seasonal Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh beets, peeled and chopped
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 orange, peeled and sectioned
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
- 1 cup kale, stems removed
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup yogurt (your choice, can be dairy or plant-based)
- 2 capfuls of apple cider vinegar

Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients: Clean all the fruits and kale thoroughly. Peel and chop the beets, banana, and section the orange and grapefruit. Remove the stems from the kale.
