March Seasonal Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh beets, peeled and chopped
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 cup kale, stems removed
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup yogurt (your choice, can be dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 capfuls of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Daily Blend
  • 1 tablespoon Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Allergy Aid+

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Clean all the fruits and kale thoroughly. Peel and chop the beets, banana, and section the orange and grapefruit. Remove the stems from the kale.
  2. Blend to vitality: In your blender, combine all the prepared ingredients. Pour in the coconut water, add the yogurt, and the apple cider vinegar. Blend until smooth.
