Louisiana Blackened Catfish
4 Tbsp. of Uncle Dibbz King Creole Blend
- 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter
2. Place Guidry's Catfish Fillets seasoned side down into a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Butter and season the other side of the fish and let cook for 4 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet and enjoy!
