Louisiana Blackened Catfish
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. of Uncle Dibbz King Creole Blend
- 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter
Directions
1. Baste the top side of Guidry's Catfish Fillets with melted butter then season with Uncle Dibbz King Creole Blend.
2. Place Guidry's Catfish Fillets seasoned side down into a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Butter and season the other side of the fish and let cook for 4 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet and enjoy!
