  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp sparkling lemonade or lemon-lime soda

Instructions

  1. Season the Wings: Pat wings dry with paper towels. Toss in olive oil and coat evenly with Uncle Dibbz Atlanta Lemon Pepper Mild . Let marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight if prepping ahead.

Wings should be golden, slightly crisp, and cooked through.
  3. Make the Lemonade Glaze: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, chopped mint, and a pinch of salt. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes. Optional: Add a splash of sparkling lemonade to brighten and thin the glaze.
