Lemonade Chicken Wings
Ingredients
For the Wings:
- 2 lbs party-style chicken wings (drums and flats)
- 2 tbsp Uncle Dibbz Atlanta Lemon Pepper Mild
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Lemonade Glaze:
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1–2 tbsp sparkling lemonade or lemon-lime soda
Instructions
- Season the Wings: Pat wings dry with paper towels. Toss in olive oil and coat evenly with Uncle Dibbz Atlanta Lemon Pepper Mild . Let marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight if prepping ahead.

Cook the Wings:
- Oven: Preheat to 425°F. Bake on a wire rack over a foil-lined sheet for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Air Fryer: 380°F for 25–30 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through.
- Make the Lemonade Glaze: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, chopped mint, and a pinch of salt. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes. Optional: Add a splash of sparkling lemonade to brighten and thin the glaze.
- Toss the Wings: Place hot wings in a large mixing bowl. Pour warm glaze over the wings and toss until fully coated.
- Plate and Serve: Garnish with extra lemon zest and chopped mint if desired. Serve immediately while hot.
