Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6–8 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Uncle Dibbz Straight Drop Rub
- Optional: Lemon slices for garnish
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Make the marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and Uncle Dibbz Straight Drop Rub.
- Marinate the salmon: Place salmon in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the fillets and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven: Set oven to 400°F.
- Prepare for baking: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon skin-side down. Spoon any remaining marinade over the top.
- Bake: Cook for 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness, until salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Finish and serve: Garnish with fresh lemon slices and parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Dibbs Tip
Don’t overcook salmon. Pull it right when it flakes and still looks slightly glossy in the center. Residual heat will finish the job and keep it juicy.
