KETO Carne Asada Salad
1 ½ pounds skirt steak (outside)
7 ounces of chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Uncle Dibbz Texas Steak Rub, to taste
- Italian Dressing, to taste
- Season each side of the steak with Uncle Dibbz Texas Steak Rub
Preheat grill or cast iron skillet over high heat. Grill steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature is 135-140 degrees for medirum rare. Allow steak to rest at least 5 minutes before slicing.
In a large bowl place salad greens and top with the sliced steak and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Serve with your favorite salad dressing. That's good Shawty!
