Juicy Jerk Turkey Wings


  • 2 turkey wings (cut at joints)
  • 1 Can of Beer
  • Parsley (garnish)
  • 1 Lime (garnish)

Jerk Marinade

  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup of fresh ginger
  • 1 scotch bonnet or habanero pepper
  • 6 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces*
  • 1/2 cup of diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
  • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup of Uncle Dibbz Jerk Nice Spice


  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF. Clean and dry turkey wings.Place all of the marinade ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Place Turkey wings in an oven safe pan, and coat with the jerk marinade. Then arrange the turkey wings in an even layer. Fill pan with one can of beer. Cover and place in a 325ºF oven for 90 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven and uncover and place back in a 375ºF oven for 1 hour. Remove and strain pan drippings for gravy. Garnish with fresh parsley and sliced lime.
