Honey Lime Baked Salmon

Ingredients
- 3 salmon fillets (skin on or off)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon Uncle Dibbz King Creole Blend
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, minced garlic, lime zest, lime juice, and Uncle Dibbz King Creole Blend.
- Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin-side down if using skin-on.
- Pour the glaze over each fillet, making sure they're evenly coated.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the glaze has slightly caramelized.
- Optional: Spoon extra glaze from the pan over the salmon before serving. Garnish with lime wedges if desired.
