Honey Lime Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 3 salmon fillets (skin on or off)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon Uncle Dibbz King Creole Blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, minced garlic, lime zest, lime juice, and Uncle Dibbz King Creole Blend.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin-side down if using skin-on.
  4. Pour the glaze over each fillet, making sure they're evenly coated.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the glaze has slightly caramelized.
  6. Optional: Spoon extra glaze from the pan over the salmon before serving. Garnish with lime wedges if desired.
