Grilled Seafood Broil

Ingredients

  • 2–3 lb crab legs, cracked or split
  • 8–10 lobster claws (optional or substitute with more crab)
  • 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1½ lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 3–4 ears of corn, broken in half (8 total pieces)
  • 12–16 oz andouille sausage, cut into 2–2½ inch chunks
  • 2–3 sticks unsalted butter, melted
  • 2–3 tablespoons Uncle Dibbz Delta Dust
  • 2–3 tablespoons Uncle Dibbz Straight Drop Seafood Boil
  • 1 lemon, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to 400–450°F. Set up direct heat zones. Use a grill pan or foil for smaller ingredients.
  2. Potatoes First: Toss halved potatoes in melted butter, Delta Dust, and Straight Drop. Place in a grill pan or foil and grill for 5 minutes.
  3. Add Corn: Toss corn pieces with butter and same seasonings. Add next to the potatoes on the grill.
  4. Add Sausage: Place sausage pieces next to the corn. Roast potatoes, corn, and sausage for 10–15 minutes, flipping sausage and corn and mixing potatoes occasionally.
  5. Seafood Time: Toss shrimp in butter and seasonings. Add shrimp to a grill pan. Place lobster claws and crab legs on top or beside. Drizzle everything with remaining butter.
  6. Grill Seafood: Cook for 10 minutes, just until shrimp are opaque and seafood is sizzling.
  7. Finish and Serve: Remove all food from grill. Toss together in a large bowl, then transfer to a serving tray or foil pan. Finish with melted butter and a squeeze of lemon.
