  1. Add 1 cup of kale, 1/2 cup of pineapple, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 lemon, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/4 cup of Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Daily Blend and 1/2 cup yogurt to a blender.
  2. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  3. If the consistency is too thick, add some water or ice to thin it out.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass. That's good Shawty!

  • I notice the green smoothie doesn’t require ice. So, will adding ice water down the combination? Or should I just chill the green smoothie?
