Ginger Shot Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 1-inch fresh ginger root, peeled
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Immune Boost
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1 cup kale, stems removed
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Preparation: Peel the ginger root. Juice half a lemon. Remove the stems from the kale. Peel and segment the orange.
- Blending: In a high-speed blender, add the coconut water, ginger root, lemon juice, kale, and orange segments.
- Add Spice: Add in the Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Immune Boost.
- Add Turmeric: Sprinkle in the turmeric powder.
- Sweeten: If desired, add honey or agave syrup for added sweetness.
- Blend: Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more coconut water to reach your desired consistency.
- Ice: If you prefer a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend until smooth.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
