Peel ginger, juice lemon, prep kale and orange. 2. Blend coconut water, ginger, lemon juice, kale, and orange. 3. Add Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Immune Boost. 4. Sweeten with honey or agave if desired. 5. Blend until smooth. Add more coconut water if needed. 6. Optional: Add ice cubes and blend again. 7. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1-inch fresh ginger root, peeled
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Immune Boost
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup kale, stems removed
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preparation: Peel the ginger root. Juice half a lemon. Remove the stems from the kale. Peel and segment the orange.
  2. Blending: In a high-speed blender, add the coconut water, ginger root, lemon juice, kale, and orange segments.
  3. Add Spice: Add in the Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Immune Boost.
  4. Add Turmeric: Sprinkle in the turmeric powder.
  5. Sweeten: If desired, add honey or agave syrup for added sweetness.
  6. Blend: Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more coconut water to reach your desired consistency.
  7. Ice: If you prefer a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  8. Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
