Ingredients:
- 1 pound of spaghetti (linguine or fettuccine work well)
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Uncle Dibbz Straight Drop Rub, to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:

Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.

While the pasta is cooking, heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the garlic is fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and season to taste with Uncle Dibbz Straight Drop Rub. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Whisk constantly until the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it with the sauce until it is well coated.

Add the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss it with the pasta and sauce.
