Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Uncle Dibbz Durtty Bird Rub
- 1 teaspoon Uncle Dibbz Delta Dust Blackened Seasoning
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Fresh chopped parsley, optional
Instructions
- Cut the boneless skinless chicken thighs into bite sized pieces.
- Add the chicken to a bowl and season with Uncle Dibbz Durtty Bird Rub and Uncle Dibbz Delta Dust Blackened Seasoning. Toss until every piece is coated.
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add the oil.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every couple minutes, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Reduce the heat to low. Add the butter and minced garlic to the pan.
- Toss the chicken in the garlic butter for 1 to 2 minutes until every piece is coated and glossy.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken, top with parsley if using, and serve hot.

- Chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
