- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 5 to 6 garlic cloves, sliced

- 1 teaspoon Uncle Dibbz Delta Dust

- Once the butter melts, add the sliced garlic, Uncle Dibbz Straight Drop Seafood Boil, and Uncle Dibbz Delta Dust.
- Stir gently and let the garlic and seasonings infuse into the butter and oil for 1 to 2 minutes. Keep the heat low so the garlic does not burn.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes total, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and tender.
- Add the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter during the last 30 seconds of cooking.
- Spoon the garlic butter seafood boil sauce over the shrimp so every piece gets coated.
- Finish with lemon or lime juice.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve straight from the skillet with bread for dipping into the garlic butter sauce.
Unc's Tip
Keep the heat low when the garlic and seasonings hit the pan. The goal is to build a rich seafood boil garlic butter sauce, not burn the garlic or scorch the seasoning.
