February Seasonal Smoothie


 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • 1 small carrot, chopped
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tbsp Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice

Instructions:

  1. Prep: Wash and prepare all fruits and vegetables.
  2. Blend: In a blender, combine the spinach, strawberries, carrot, and orange.
  3. Add Extras: Add in the chia seeds, coconut water, and Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice.
  4. Mix: Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
