February Seasonal Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- ½ cup strawberries
- 1 small carrot, chopped
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 tbsp Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice
Instructions:
- Prep: Wash and prepare all fruits and vegetables.
- Blend: In a blender, combine the spinach, strawberries, carrot, and orange.
