Prepare the Ingredients: Make sure the chicken breast is cut into chunks, the potato is parboiled, and the onion is peeled. 2. Preheat Oil: Heat peanut oil in a frying pan over medium heat to a temperature between 300-325°F. 3. Food Processor Magic: Add the chicken breast, parboiled potato, onion, raw egg, breadcrumbs, and Durtty Bird Rub to a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is well combined and reaches a sticky, cohesive texture. 4. Shape the Nuggets: Use your hands to shape the mixture into nugget-sized pieces.
