Citrus Garlic Butter Shrimp
Ingredients for the Shrimp:
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of Uncle Dibbz Straight Drop Rub
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro
Ingredients for the Mango Salsa:
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 small red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup of red onion, diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:

In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, Uncle Dibbz Straight Drop Rub, lime juice, and chopped cilantro.

Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

While the shrimp is cooking, prepare the mango salsa. In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, red bell pepper, jalapeño pepper, red onion, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Once the shrimp is done, remove from the skillet and allow to cool for a few minutes.

Serve the shrimp hot, topped with the mango salsa. That's good Shawty!
