Chinese Takeout Fried Chicken

Season chicken with Uncle Dibbz Durtty Bird Rub, cover and set aside for at least 30 minutes. 2. In a large high sided pan or dutch oven, heat peanut oil to 350°F. 3. Uncover chicken and add flour and water. Mix well with hands to combine. Wings should be coated with a thin layer of batter. 4. Fry wings in batches of 2. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°F.
