Ingredients:
- 2 racks of baby back pork ribs
- Uncle Dibbz Memphis Bussin BBQ Rub, to taste
- BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions:
-
Preheat your oven to 250°F for the oven method. For the grill method, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
-
Score the membrane from the back of each rack of ribs.
-
Generously apply Uncle Dibbz Memphis Bussin BBQ Rub to both sides of the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
-
For the oven method:
- Place the seasoned ribs on top of an elevated cooling rack then on top of a baking sheet. Add apple cider vinegar to the bottom of the pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake the ribs for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and almost falling off the bone.
- Remove the foil, brush BBQ sauce on both sides of the ribs, and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
For the grill method:
- Place the seasoned ribs directly on the grill grates, bone side down.
- Grill the ribs for about 2-3 hours, turning occasionally, until the meat is tender and cooked through.
- During the last 10 minutes of grilling, brush BBQ sauce on both sides of the ribs for a flavorful glaze.
-
Once cooked, remove the ribs from the oven or grill and let them rest for a few minutes before cutting into individual servings. That's good Shawty!
