@uncledibbz Cajun Surf N Turf 🥩 🍤 Get the recipe below ⬇️ or on uncledibbz.com [Link in Bio] ⬆️ Ingredients * 1 Steak (boneless ribeye/strip or skirt) * Uncle Dibbz Texas Steak Rub, to taste * Olive oil * 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deviend * 4 cloves Minced garlic * 4 tbsp Uncle Dibbz King Creole Blend, to taste * 3 tbsp Unsalted butter * 1 cup Heavy cream * ½ cup Parmesan cheese * ¼ cup Beef broth * 3 tbsp Dijon Mustard * parsley for garnish Instructions 1. Prep the steak and season with Uncle Dibbz Texas Steak Rub. Let steak sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes and heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat.
2. Add oil and then add steak to skillet. Sear on both sides for 5-6 minutes. Cook till internal temp reached 130ºF for medium rare. Once done remove steak and set to the side to rest.
3. In the same cast iron skillet, over medium heat add a tablespoon or two of olive oil then add butter. Season shrimp with Uncle Dibbz King Creole Blend, then add the shrimp and sear for 60 seconds and then flip the shrimp. Remove the shrimp and place them in a bowl.
4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for a few mins. Add beef broth to de-glaze skillet, and stir for 1-2 minutes, add heavy cream, stir then add Dijon mustard and stir in for 1-2 minutes, add Parmesan cheese, stir for a few more minutes on low heat. 
5. Slice the steaks and plate, top them off with shrimp and drizzle the creamy Cajun sauce over the entire dish. Garnish with parsley. That's good Shawty!

  • Uncle, I don’t eat any red meat. I do eat chicken and I love seafood! I love your seasonings especially the salt free!
