Ingredients:
- 2 turkey wings, split at the joints
- 3 tablespoons Uncle Dibbz Delta Dust
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- A few sprigs of fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for the wings)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup beer
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Prepare Turkey Wings: Ensure the turkey wings are split at the joints. Pat them dry with paper towels.
- Oil and Season Wings: Drizzle the wings with olive oil and then rub them generously with Uncle Dibbz Delta Dust. Season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare Roasting Pan: In the roasting pan, arrange the sliced onion, minced garlic, and thyme sprigs.
- Add Wings and Liquids: Place the seasoned wings on top of the aromatics. Pour the chicken broth and beer into the roasting pan, being careful not to pour it directly over the wings to avoid washing off the seasoning.
- Cover and Roast: Cover the roasting pan with foil. Roast in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
- Uncover and Finish Roasting: Remove the foil and continue roasting for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the wings are cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
- Serve: Once done, take the turkey wings out of the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
