1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for added heat)
1 lb lump crab meat, carefully checked for shells
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
Prepare the Sauce: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper, and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Combine Sour Cream and Seasonings: Stir in the sour cream and Parmesan cheese into the skillet. Add Uncle Dibbz Delta Dust and cayenne pepper. Mix well until the sauce is smooth and heated through.
Add Crab Meat: Gently fold in the crab meat, ensuring not to break up the lumps. Adjust the sauce consistency with reserved pasta water as needed. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Finish and Serve: Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated. Allow it to heat through for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and allow it to melt slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
