Ingredients:
- 6 pre-made croissants
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup of Uncle Dibbz Straight Drop Rub
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch baking dish.
- Cut each croissant in half lengthwise and arrange them in the prepared baking dish with the cut sides facing up.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Uncle Dibbz Straight Drop Rub until well combined. Stir in the chopped spinach and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissants in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the croissants are golden brown.
- Allow the dish to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional chopped spinach and shredded cheese if desired. That's good Shawty!
