Breakfast Croissant Bake

  •  6 pre-made croissants
  •  6 large eggs
  •  1/2 cup milk
  •  1/2 cup of Uncle Dibbz Straight Drop Rub
  •  1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  •  1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Cut each croissant in half lengthwise and arrange them in the prepared baking dish with the cut sides facing up.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Uncle Dibbz Straight Drop Rub until well combined. Stir in the chopped spinach and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissants in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the croissants are golden brown.
  6. Allow the dish to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with additional chopped spinach and shredded cheese if desired. That's good Shawty!
