- 1 2/3 Pound Salmon Filet
- 5 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Lemons, sliced
1/2 Cup of UNCLE DIBBZ King Creole Blend
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Fresh Dill for garnish, optional
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line an 11 x 7-inch baking dish spray with lemon slices, and non-stick cooking spray or lightly grease with oil. Set aside.
Pat the salmon dry and place on a large cutting board and cut salmon vertically into 4 (15 x 1-inch) ropes and braid together. Place salmon in baking dish
In a small bowl whisk together the melted butter, 1/4 cup of UNCLE DIBBZ King Creole Blend and garlic.
Season the salmon with the remaining UNCLE DIBBZ King Creole Blend, salt, and pepper evenly over the salmon, then drizzle with the butter mixture. Top will fresh dill.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes until cooked through. Enjoy
