Braided Salmon


  • 1 2/3 Pound Salmon Filet
  • 5 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Lemons, sliced
  • 1/2 Cup of UNCLE DIBBZ King Creole Blend
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Dill for garnish, optional


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line an 11 x 7-inch baking dish spray with lemon slices, and non-stick cooking spray or lightly grease with oil. Set aside.
  • Pat the salmon dry and place on a large cutting board and cut salmon vertically into 4 (15 x 1-inch) ropes and braid together. Place salmon in baking dish
  • In a small bowl whisk together the melted butter, 1/4 cup of UNCLE DIBBZ King Creole Blend and garlic.
  • Season the salmon with the remaining UNCLE DIBBZ King Creole Blend, salt, and pepper evenly over the salmon, then drizzle with the butter mixture. Top will fresh dill.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes until cooked through. Enjoy

  • Hello I love your seasonings!!! The last batch that I ordered had more herbs on the top of the bottles than seasoning
