Blackened Salmon Steaks
2 salmon steaks about
- 1/2 cup of Uncle Dibbz King Creole Blend
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
Season both sides of the salmon steaks with Uncle Dibbz King Creole Blend
Oil a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Swirl to coat.
Add the salmon steaks.
Fry the salmon steaks 3 minutes on the first side.
Turn to other side, lower heat to medium and add butter, garlic, and squeeze lemon juice over the salmon.
Once cooked transfer the salmon steaks to plates, spoon the pan juices on top, and serve.
