Berry Spinach Blast Smoothie

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach (30g)
  • 1 cup blueberries and raspberries (140g total, fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (120g)
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (16g)
  • 2 tablespoons Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Daily Blend
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml)
  • ½ cup ice

Directions

  1. Add spinach, berries, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter to your blender.
