Berry Green Power Smoothie
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries)
- 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Daily Blend
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
