Berry Green Power Smoothie


  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Daily Blend
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • 1 cup of almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • Ice (optional)


  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and add it to your blender.
  2. Peel the banana and break it into chunks, then add it to the blender.
