Berry Boost Smoothie



  1. Add 1 cup of raspberries, 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1 banana, 1/2 lime (juiced), 1 tbsp honey, 1/4 cup of Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Daily Blend and 1/2 cup yogurt to a blender.
  2. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  3. If the consistency is too thick, add some water or ice to thin it out.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass. That's good Shawty!
