Baked Salmon, Green Beans and Potatoes
@uncledibbz Low Sodium Meal Prep 🧂 🚫 Get the Recipe below ⬇️ or on uncledibbz.com [Link in Bio] ⬆️ Ingredients * 1 pound Yukon gold potatoes, quartered * 4 tbsp olive oil * 1/2 cup of Uncle Dibbz King Creole No Salt Blend * 1/4 cup of Uncle Dibbz BeBe's Salt Free * 4 (6 ounces each) salmon filets, skin on or off * 2 tbsp butter, melted * lemon slices, for garnish * 1/4 cup of white wine Instructions 1. Heat oven to 350°F. 2. Toss together potatoes with the oil, and Uncle Dibbz BeBe's Salt Free. Spread out in an even layer in a baking dish. 3. Roast potatoes for 30-45 minutes, or until just tender and starting to brown a bit. 4. Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with foil, rub salmon evenly with oil and season with 1/4 cup of Uncle Dibbz King Creole No Salt Blend. Add lemon on top of the salmon and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Salmon is done at 145˚F. 5. On the stove top, add the green beans to a pan over medium heat and season with remaining Uncle Dibbz King Creole No Salt Blend. Toss to combine. After 5 minutes cut the flame and add 1/4 cup of white wine or water. Return to medium high heat and cook for 8-10 minutes or until beans are tender. 6. Distribute evenly on plates or meal prep containers.
