Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
- 2 tablespoons Uncle Dibbz Lemon Pepper Mild seasoning, plus extra for sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Juice of 1 fresh lemon
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack over the sheet. This helps the wings cook evenly and stay crispy.
- Season Wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, sprinkle the wings with 2 tablespoons of Uncle Dibbz Lemon Pepper Mild seasoning, ensuring each wing is evenly coated.
- Cornstarch Coating: Dust each wing with cornstarch on all sides, tapping off the excess. This will help create a crispy texture as they bake.
- Arrange Wings: Place the seasoned wings on the wire rack in a single layer, making sure they do not touch each other to ensure even cooking and crispiness.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
- Prepare Wet Sauce: While the wings are baking, whisk together the melted butter, an additional teaspoon of Uncle Dibbz Lemon Pepper Mild, and fresh lemon juice in a bowl.
