Autumn Green Smoothie (October Seasonal Smoothie)


Ingredients:

  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup roasted pumpkin, pureed
  • 1/2 cup roasted sweet potato, pureed
  • 1/2 cup roasted carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup kale, stems removed
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cups water (adjust based on desired consistency)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Immune Boost

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • For the pumpkin, sweet potato, and carrots: Wash, peel, and cube the pumpkin and sweet potato. Slice the carrots. Spread the pumpkin, sweet potato, and carrots on a baking sheet, drizzle with a little olive oil, and roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until tender.
  2. Prepare the base:

    In a blender, combine the water, yogurt, chia seeds, and Uncle Dibbz Vital Spice Immune Boost. Blend on low to mix thoroughly.

  3. Add fruits and vegetables:

    Add the chopped apple, grapes, and kale to the blender.

  4. Add roasted pumpkin, sweet potato, and carrots:

    Once roasted, let the pumpkin, sweet potato, and carrots cool slightly before adding them to the blender.

  5. Blend:

    Blend on high until all ingredients are completely smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more water until you reach your desired consistency.

  6. Serve:

    Pour into glasses and, if desired, sprinkle a little extra Uncle Dibbz Immune Boost on top for garnish. Enjoy immediately for the best flavor and nutrient intake.
