Start by preparing your fruits and vegetables. Ensure they are thoroughly washed to remove any dirt or residues. 2. In your blender, combine the strawberries, blueberries, spinach, and kale. Pour in the coconut water. If you like your smoothie cold, you can add a few ice cubes at this point. 3.
